Ingredients:
- Hard cheese 200 grams
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Sour cream 200 grams
- Wheat flour 2 tbsp. spoons
- Fresh dill or parsley bunch
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1.Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 2 Finely chop the greens.
Step 3 Beat eggs in a large bowl with a whisk. Add sour cream, beat.
Step 4 Add flour, mix with a whisk.
Step 5 Add grated cheese, mix.
Step 6 Add chopped greens, mix. Salt to taste.
Step 7 Fry in a frying pan in warmed vegetable oil under a lid for 8-10 minutes over medium heat, turn over and fry the other side without a lid for 8-10 minutes (or bake in a greased multicooker bowl in the “Baking / Frying” mode for 45-50 minutes, do not turn over )
Step 8Serve with sour cream or any other sauce.
