Ingredients:
- Puff pastry 800 grams (1 pack)
- Sausages 500-800 grams
- Egg yolk 1 piece
Cooking method:
Step 1. Thaw the dough and roll it to a length of more than 30 cm., No thinner than 3 mm. With a sharp knife, cut the dough into strips 3-4 cm wide.
Step 2 Wrap each sausage with a strip of puff pastry, so that the last round partially overlaps the previous one.
Step 3 Sausages wrapped in puff pastry put on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Grease with egg yolk.
Step 4 Bake in an oven preheated to t 220-230 degrees for 5 minutes, then reduce t to 160-180 degrees and bake another 15 minutes. Putting a baking sheet with sausages already in a hot oven is a very important point.
