Ingredients:
- Eggplant 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil 100 ml.
- Cheese 150 grams
- Garlic 4-5 cloves
- Mayonnaise 3 tbsp. spoons
- Salt to taste
- Greenery bunch
Cooking method:
Step 1. Wash the eggplants and cut thinly into long strips.
Step 2 Pour water into a deep bowl, salt well and lower the eggplants there for 10-15 minutes. This is done in order to remove the bitterness.
Step 3 Then dry the eggplants with a paper towel and fry in vegetable oil on both sides until golden. Put on paper towels to make excess oil glass. If the skin is dry, put on a plate and cover.
Step 4 Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
Step 5 Squeeze the peeled garlic through the garlic press.
Step 6 Stir cheese, garlic and mayonnaise. You can also add chopped greens and crushed walnuts to the cheese.
Step 7 Next, take a plate of eggplant, put on one end the cheese mass (1 tbsp. Spoon) and carefully roll the roll. Thus wrap all the eggplant stripes.
