Ingredients:
- Chicken liver 400 grams
- Green peas 1 can
- Chicken egg 3 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Hard cheese 200 grams
- Mayonnaise 3-5 tbsp. spoons
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Onion cut into half rings.
Step 2 Sauté the onion with the liver lightly salt. Fry for 10 minutes (do not overcook!).
Step 3 Cool the liver and gently chop on the board.
Step 4 Put the liver in the first layer, onion on top. Drizzle a little with mayonnaise.
Step 5 Boil eggs in a steep, peel and cut into small pieces.
Step 6 Lay eggs in the next layer and pour with mayonnaise.
Step 7 Next lay out the green peas.
Step 8 On top of the peas, you can lay another small layer of the liver, which is also filled with mayonnaise.
Step 9 Beautifully cover the whole dish with grated cheese.
