Ingredients:
- 3-4 potatoes
- 3 carrots
- Canned fish "Saira" 1 can
- Onion 1 piece
- Chicken egg 3 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Mayonnaise 3-4 tbsp. spoons
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender. Also boil carrots, peel.
Step 2 Boil eggs in a steep, peel, separate the protein and yolk. Grate separately.
Step 3 Spread the salad in layers: 1st layer - grated potatoes on a medium grater.
Step 4 Put the grated carrots in a second layer.
Step 5 Next, open canned fish, drain the liquid, put saury on a plate and knead well with a fork.
Step 6 Cut the onion into a small cube. The third layer, on the carrots, put saury and sprinkle with a beam.
Step 7 Sprinkle the fourth layer on the salad with protein, followed by the yolk. Puff pastry salad from canned food just pour on mayonnaise and do not mix!
