Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- Canned green peas 1 can
- Fresh cucumber 1 piece
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Parsley bunch
- Mayonnaise 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Sour cream 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Salt, black pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Cook the eggs in a steep, peel and cut into small cubes.
Step 2 Cut the cucumber into very small cubes or thin strips.
Step 3 Open a jar of green peas, drain the liquid.
Step 4 Peel the garlic, chop it with a knife, or you can skip it through a special press.
Step 5 Rinse parsley and finely chop.
Step 6 Put all prepared ingredients in a salad bowl. Pour sour cream and mayonnaise, salt, pepper to taste. Mix well.
Step 9 Garnish the salad with a sprig of parsley.
