Ingredients:
- Beijing cabbage 300 grams
- Cheese 100 grams
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Canned corn 3 tbsp. spoons
- Dill greens, green onions to taste
- Mayonnaise 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Dijon mustard 0.5 tsp
- Salt, black pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Cut the cabbage in half and cut into thin strips from the top. Put the cabbage in a large bowl. Cabbage should be fresh, not crushed.
Step 2 Grate cheese on a coarse grater and pour into a bowl of cabbage.
Step 3Add the corn. Finely chop the dill with onions, also add to the bowl.
Step 4Eggs could be boiled in advance, ten minutes in boiling water, then pour iced, peeled and coarsely chopped. Season the salad with mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Salt to taste (optional).
Step 5 Stir all the ingredients and shift the salad into a beautiful dish.
