Ingredients:
- Sugar 1 cup
- 5 eggs
- Butter 200 grams
- Sour cream 200 grams
- Wheat flour 2 cups
- Cocoa powder 2 tbsp. spoons
- 1 tsp slaked soda
- Pinch of salt
Cooking method:
Step 1.Beat eggs with sugar until white foam. Add 2 cups sifted flour, soda, melted cooled butter, sour cream, salt and mix thoroughly (preferably with a mixer).
Step 2Divide the dough into two equal parts. In one part, add 2 tablespoons of flour, in the other 2 tablespoons of cocoa. Stir so that there are no lumps. The dough should be the consistency of thin sour cream.
Step 3 Broad form (26–28 cm), grease with oil. Then pour in the center alternately small portions of different dough (in a tablespoon). Do not mix.
Step 4 Pour 2 table into the center of the white dough. tablespoons of dark dough. So continue to spread the dough until it is all over.
Step 5 Now make 5 strips with a toothpick - draw from the middle to the sides. Then hold a toothpick between these strips, but in a different direction - from the sides to the center.
Step 6 Bake at t 180 C for 30 minutes. Send to a preheated oven. Do not open the oven! Willingness to check with a toothpick.
Step 7 The cake can be cut in half and smeared with any cream or jam.
