Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet 300 grams
- Chicken egg 3 eggs
- Hard cheese 150 grams
- Champignons 150 grams
- Canned corn 1 can
- Mayonnaise 200 grams
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. spoons
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil the chicken in salted water until tender, cool. Then cut the meat into small pieces.
Step 2 Cut the mushrooms into pieces and fry in a pan with vegetable oil.
Step 3 Boil the eggs in a cool, peeled and cut into small cubes.
Step 4 Spread the salad in layers: lay eggs on the bottom, lightly cover with mayonnaise.
Step 5 Then lay chicken, grease with mayonnaise.
Step 6 Place mushrooms on top of the meat. Be sure to cover with mayonnaise.
Step 7 The next layer consists of cheese. Here, if desired, mayonnaise can be skipped.
Step 8 Cover the whole salad with corn.
