Ingredients:
- Smoked Chicken Leg 250 grams
- Sweet pepper (yellow or orange) 0.5 pieces
- Fresh cucumber 1 piece
- Parsley 3-4 branches
- Canned red beans 1 can
- Mayonnaise 150 grams
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Peel smoked chicken legs and cut meat from bones with a sharp knife. Cut chicken into small pieces (preferably cubes).
Step 2Wash vegetables and herbs under running water. Remove the core and the stalk from the pepper, cut the pulp into small cubes. Tear parsley leaves, finely chop the greens. Cut the cucumber into thin sticks.
Step 3 Add beans to the salad bowl.
Step 4 Season with mayonnaise, slightly salt and mix the salad.
