Ingredients:
- 400 gram chicken
- Canned green peas 1 can
- Hard cheese 100 grams
- Red onion 1 piece
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Mayonnaise 200 grams
- Greens to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Cut the cheese into small cubes.
Step 2 Boil chicken fillet in salted water until tender, cool. Then cut the meat into a small cube.
Step 3 Onion cut into half rings. Scald the onion with boiling water and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Step 4 Open a jar of green peas, drain the liquid.
Step 5 Mix all prepared ingredients. Add chopped greens. Season salad with mayonnaise.
Step 6 Garnish the salad with a sprig of greens.
