Ingredients:
- Fresh cucumbers 3 pieces
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Bell pepper 2 pieces
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Rosemary pinch
- Olive oil 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- Salt, black pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Cucumbers cut into half rings.
Step 2 In bell pepper remove the stalk and seeds. Cut into strips.
Step 3 Cut the tomatoes into slices.
Step 4 Onion cut into half rings.
Step 5 Chop the garlic with a knife.
Step 6 Prepare a dressing. Mix olive oil with rosemary, black pepper and heat over a fire, but do not bring to a boil.
Step 7 Mix all the prepared ingredients in a deep plate, salt. Mix. Season with warm butter and spices.
