Ingredients:
- Crab meat 200 grams
- Carrot 1 piece
- Fresh cucumber 1 piece
- Green peas 2 tbsp. spoons
- Onion 1 piece
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Mayonnaise 1-2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt, pepper, spices to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Grate the carrots on a fine Korean grater.
Step 2 Cut the onion into strips. Add to carrots, pour lemon juice, salt and set aside for easy and quick pickling.
Step 3 Cut the crab meat arbitrarily into small slices, cucumber into small cubes.
Step 4 Then drain the liquid from the pickled vegetables, squeeze it thoroughly and mix with chopped products, add peas, salt, spices and season with mayonnaise immediately. Gently mix the salad.
