Ingredients:
- Potato 200 grams
- Olives 8-10 pieces
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Herring (fillet) 250 grams
- Mayonnaise 4 tbsp. spoons
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Onion 0.5 pieces
- Lettuce leaves 4-5 pieces
- Parsley several branches
- Salt, black pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil potatoes until cooked. Then, slightly knead the potatoes with a fork, in order to get medium-sized pieces.
Step 2 Prepare a dressing. Stir mayonnaise, chopped onions, herbs and garlic.
Step 3 Combine potatoes in a salad bowl and chopped lettuce.
Step 4 Dress still warm potatoes with sauce.
Step 5 Boil eggs in a steep, peel and cut into circles.
Step 6Cut herring into small pieces too.
Step 7 Lay eggs on top of potatoes.
Step 8 Then a herring.
Step 9 And chopped olives.
