Ingredients:
- Chicken egg 3 pieces
- Boiled Chicken Meat 200 grams
- Fresh cucumber 1 piece
- Onion 1 piece
- Korean carrot 150 grams
- Mayonnaise 100 grams
- Green onion several feathers
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil.
Step 2 Boil the eggs in a steep, peel and finely chop.
Step 3 Dice the chicken.
Step 4 Straw a cucumber.
Step 5 Mix all prepared ingredients and add Korean carrots. Salad, pepper, season with mayonnaise. Put the salad on a dish, garnish with chopped green onions.
