Ingredients:
- Ham 200 grams
- Fresh cucumbers 2 pieces
- Smoked Cheese 150 grams
- Red bell pepper 1 piece
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Dill greens to taste
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Dice the cheese into cubes or straws (optional).
Step 2 Cut the ham into strips.
Step 3 Cut bell pepper in the same strips as ham and transfer to a common bowl.
Step 4 Peel the cucumbers and cut into half rings. Add to main ingredients.
Step 5 Rinse the dill under running water and then shake off excess liquid by weight. Then finely chop and shift to the total mass.
Step 6 Next add mayonnaise.
Step 7 Stir salad and garnish with a sprig of dill.
