Ingredients:
- 5 eggs
- Squid 300 grams
- Crab sticks 200 grams
- Red caviar 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Mayonnaise 200 grams
- Salt to taste
- Light green leaves bunch
Cooking method:
Step 1. Cook squid carcasses. Dip the peeled squid in boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes. Then pull out of the water, cool under running water. Cut into thin strips.
Step 2 Season with mayonnaise.
Step 3 Cut the crab sticks into small strips.
Step 4 Boil the eggs in a steep, peeled shell and cut into small pieces. Add to shared bowl.
Step 5 Add some more mayonnaise and 1 tbsp. a spoonful of red caviar.
Step 6 Rinse lettuce leaves, let drain water. Put on a dish and place the salad on top.
