Ingredients:
- White cabbage 200 grams
- Red cabbage 200 grams
- Carrot 1 piece
- Dill bunch
- For refueling:
- Mayonnaise 70 grams
- Sour cream 70 grams
- Apple (or wine) vinegar 1-2 tbsp. spoons
- Mustard 1-2 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Salt, black pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1.Chop cabbage as thin as possible.
Step 2 It is good to mash it with your hands and shift it into a salad bowl.
Step 3Add carrots, grated on a coarse grater, and finely chopped dill.
Step 4 Prepare dressing: mix mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt, black pepper. Stir well.
Step 5 Season the salad dressing, it is very desirable to leave it to brew for a couple of hours.
Step 6 Cole Slow Salad is perfect for meat or fish, it is juicy, crispy and healthy.
