Ingredients:

Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil chicken breast until tender in salted water.
Step 2 Cut boiled chicken meat into strips.
Step 3 Peel boiled potatoes and carrots and grate on a coarse grater.
Step 4 Rinse the mushrooms, cut into thin slices and fry in vegetable oil. Salt, pepper to taste.
Step 5 Boil the eggs in a steep, peel and grate on a coarse grater.
Step 6 Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 7 To collect the salad in layers: the first layer - spread the chicken meat evenly over the entire area of the dish. Put fried mushrooms on top of the chicken, but first drain the excess vegetable oil from them. The third layer is potatoes (salt). Further carrots. The next layer is the eggs. Grease abundantly with mayonnaise. The last layer is cheese.
Step 8 Put the finished salad in the refrigerator for 1 hour so that it is saturated.
