Ingredients:
- Puff pastry 500 grams
- Bananas 4 pieces
- Chocolate butter 2 tbsp. spoons
- Sugar 100 grams
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- Ground cinnamon 2 tsp
Cooking method:
Step 1. Mix 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
Step 2 Roll out the puff pastry, put on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and grease with melted chocolate butter. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top.
Step 3 Peel the bananas, cut into circles and put on the dough. Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to t 180 degrees. Oven 15 minutes.
Step 4 Mix the remaining sugar with vanilla and cinnamon (1 teaspoon).
Step 5 Next, remove the baking sheet from the oven, sprinkle with the sugar mixture and put in the oven for another 15 minutes. Sugar should completely melt.
