Ingredients:

  • Champignons 500 grams
  • Canned beans 200 grams
  • Green peas 1 can
  • Rusks 70 grams
  • 4 pickled cucumbers
  • Soy sauce 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. spoons
  • Greens to taste

Cooking method:

Step 1. Rinse the champignons, clear of the dirty film and cut into 4 parts. Slices of mushrooms should be large enough to feel good in the salad.

Step 2 Fry the mushrooms in a pan with vegetable oil. When the mushrooms are browned, salt them and quickly remove from the heat.

Step 3 Open a jar of green peas, drain the liquid. Beans do the same. By the way, beans can be cooked by yourself (optional).

Step 4 Cut pickles into large enough pieces.

Step 5 Add cucumbers and legumes to the cooled mushrooms.

Step 6 Add chopped greens and crackers to the salad. This is done at the very end, so that crackers do not soften.

Step 7 Season the salad with vegetable oil, add a little soy sauce. Salt, pepper. Mix.
