Ingredients:
- 3-5 pickled cucumbers
- Cooked sausage 400 grams
- Potato 4 pieces
- Chicken egg 3 pieces
- Green onion bunch
- Green peas 1 can
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Cut boiled sausage into small cubes.
Step 2 Boil the eggs in a cool, peeled and cut into small pieces.
Step 3 Boil potatoes, peel and dice.
Step 4 Cut pickles into small cubes. If the peel on the cucumbers is very stiff, then they can be cleaned before slicing.
Step 5Rinse the green onion feathers under the tap, shake the excess liquid, and chop. Chives can be replaced with onions.
Step 6 Open a jar of green peas, drain the liquid.
Step 7 Stir all prepared ingredients.
Step 8 Salt to taste, season with mayonnaise and put in a salad bowl.
