Ingredients:
- Smoked sausage 200 grams
- Fresh cucumbers 2 pieces
- White cabbage 300 grams
- Mayonnaise 3 tbsp. spoons
- Salt, black pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Cut the sausage into strips.
Step 2 Rinse the cucumbers thoroughly and cut into strips. The thinner the straw, the softer and tastier the salad.
Step 3 Cut the cabbage into four parts, remove the stalk. Chop two quarters into thin strips.
Step 4 Put the cabbage in a salad bowl, lightly salt, pepper, mash with your hands so that the juice stands out.
Step 5 Next, add sausage to the cabbage, cucumbers.
Step 6 Season the salad with mayonnaise, and if you need to salt and pepper to taste.
