Ingredients:
- Cooked sausage 200 grams
- Cheese 100 grams
- Red onion 1 piece
- Red bell pepper 1 piece
- Gherkins 2 pieces
- Cucumber pickle 3 tbsp. spoons
- White wine vinegar 2 tbsp. spoons
- Olive oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Parsley 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Pinch of salt
- A mixture of peppers 1 pinch
Cooking method:
Step 1. Cut the sausage into thin slices, and then simply cut into strips. Cheese is also cut into strips.
Step 2 Cut the onion into thin half rings.
Step 3 Peppers and seeds are cut into small cubes. Add to a common plate.
Step 4 And cut the cucumbers in exactly the same small cubes.
Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl.
Step 5 Now prepare the dressing: mix olive oil, white wine vinegar, cucumber pickle, finely chopped parsley and salt with ground pepper in a bowl. Beat dressing with a spoon or fork.
Step 6 Then pour the dressing into the salad and mix thoroughly. Close the salad bowl with a lid or cling film. Put the salad in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. During this time, dressing will slightly marinate the salad ingredients and the dish will become tastier.
