Ingredients:
- Zucchini (young) 3 kg.
- 3 carrots
- Sweet pepper 3 pieces
- Tomato paste (or tomato puree) 500 grams
- Garlic 100 grams
- Hot pepper 1 piece
- Sugar 180 grams
- Vegetable oil 200 ml.
- Bite 9% 180 ml.
- Coarse salt 2 tbsp. spoons
Cooking method:
Step 1. Zucchini cut into 5 mm long slices. thickness (or circles, optional).
Step 2 Grate the carrots.
Step 3 Grind garlic in a blender or mince through garlic ginger.
Step 4 Sweet bell pepper cut into strips.
Step 5 Grind tomatoes with a blender or through a meat grinder, you get tomato puree. But you can also use tomato paste.
Step 6 Finely chop hot hot pepper (gloves are best used when slicing). If you like a sharpener, you can add another hot pepper.
Step 7 Put all the chopped vegetables in a suitable pan. Add all the spices - salt, sugar. Pour in vegetable oil and vinegar. Stir and set aside for 1 hour so that the zucchini let out the juice.
Step 8 Next put cook. After boiling, boil for about 40 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 9 While the salad is being cooked, sterilize the jars. Place the ready-made salad of zucchini tongues zucchini in sterile jars and roll hermetically for the winter.
Step 10 Then, as usual, turn upside down and cover with a blanket until the cans are completely cooled.
