Ingredients:
- Crab sticks 400 grams
- 5 eggs
- Rice (long grain) 60-80 grams
- Canned corn 1 can
- Cheese 200 grams
- Garlic 3-4 cloves
- Mayonnaise 200 grams
- Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Cut the crab sticks into small pieces.
Step 2 Boil eggs in a steep, peel and finely chop.
Step 3 Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 4 Open a can of corn, drain the liquid.
Step 5 Boil rice in salted water until tender.
Step 6 Collect salad: mix eggs, corn, cheese, crab sticks, rice and minced garlic. Season with mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
