Ingredients:

- Sweet pepper 3 pieces
- 3 carrots
- Garlic 1 head
- For marinade:
- Vegetable oil 100 ml.
- Vinegar 100 ml.
- Sugar 100 grams
- Salt 1 tsp
Cooking method:
Step 1. Wash the eggplant. To peel. Cut the flesh into strips.
