Ingredients:
- Pickled champignons - 1 can
- Carrot 1 piece
- Chicken breast 1 piece
- Salty cucumber 2-3 pieces
- Chicken egg 3 pieces
- Potato 2 pieces
- Parsley, dill bunch
- Mayonnaise 300 ml.
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil chicken breast, cut into slices.
Step 2 Take deep dishes and cover with cellophane so that you can then turn the salad over. Put the mushrooms with their hats down.
Step 3 Finely chop the greens and sprinkle mushrooms with it.
Step 4 Dice the boiled potatoes and put the greens on top.
Step 5 Tamp the first layers well and grease with mayonnaise.
Step 6 Next, finely chop pickles, put on top of the potatoes, grease with mayonnaise.
Step 7 Then lay chicken and grease with mayonnaise.
Step 8 Then grate boiled carrots on a medium grater, put in the next layer. Next, grate the boiled eggs on a medium grater and put on top of the carrots.
Step 9 Place the prepared salad for 2 hours in the refrigerator. After the specified time, remove the salad form and gently turn it over with a large plate.
