- Champignons 300 grams
- Mayonnaise 2250 grams

Cooking method:
Step 1. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces and fry in vegetable oil.
Step 2 Boil chicken breast until tender with salted water. Cool and cut into small pieces.
Step 3 Put lettuce leaves on a large dish, put a glass upside down in the middle. Around the glass, lay the first layer of boiled potatoes grated on a coarse grater.
Step 4 Boil carrots, peel, grate and put on potatoes. Grease with mayonnaise.
Step 5 Next, lay chicken, grease with mayonnaise.
Step 6 The next layer is fried champignons. Grease with mayonnaise.
Step 7 Put the cooked beets grated on a coarse grater with the last layer. Grease with mayonnaise.
Step 8 Garnish the salad with pomegranate seeds on top. Remove the glass and serve.
