Ingredients:
- Puff pastry 1 pack (800 grams)
- Apples 3 pieces
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp. spoons
- Flour 2 tbsp. spoons
- Apricot jam 3 tbsp. spoons
- Powdered sugar 1 tbsp. a spoon
Cooking method:
Step 1. Pour some water into the dishes intended for the microwave and squeeze out the juice of half a lemon. Cut the apples in half, core and chop as thinly as possible.
Step 2 Immediately shift them into a bowl of lemon water so that the apples do not oxidize and darken. Put the bowl of apples in the microwave for about 3 minutes at maximum power. The slices should be slightly softened so that it is more convenient to work with them, but at the same time not turn into porridge.
Step 3 Mix the jam with 2 tablespoons of water, send for 1 minute in the microwave. Sprinkle the working surface with flour, roll out the dough and cut it into 6 equal strips. Grease each strip of dough with jam, optionally sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
Step 4 Put slices of apples in the lap.
Step 5Cover with half the dough and roll it very carefully to get a rosette.
Step 6 It is most convenient to bake a dessert in the form of cupcakes. 30 minutes, the form should be in the middle of the oven, then it must be rearranged down for another 10-15 minutes for the dough to bake.
Step 7 Decorate finished roses with powdered sugar.
