Ingredients:

- Flour 200 grams
- Butter 100 grams
- Sugar 80 grams
- Baking powder 1 teaspoon
- Filling:
- Blackcurrant 150 grams
- Thick sour cream or cottage cheese 200 grams
- Eggs 2 pieces
- Sugar 80 grams
- Vanilla sugar 1 tsp
Cooking method:
Step 1. Combine flour, baking powder, softened butter and sugar. It should turn out baby. Grease a mold with oil, put baking paper on the bottom. Put two-thirds of the crumbs into the mold without tamping.
Step 2 Make a cream. Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and sour cream. It is advisable to do this in a blender. Instead of sour cream, you can use cottage cheese.
Step 3 Pour cream onto crumbs. Lay the berries on top, sprinkle with the remaining crumbs.
Step 4 Bake the cake at a temperature of 170 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
