Ingredients:
- Dough:
- Kefir 500 ml.
- Instant coffee 3 tsp
- Eggs 2 pieces
- Sugar 1 cup
- Butter 10 grams
- Flour 1 cup
- Baking powder 1 sachet
- Cream:
- Sour cream 3 tbsp. spoons
- Sugar 3 tbsp. spoons
- Instant coffee 3 tsp
Cooking method:
Step 1. Dissolve coffee in kefir.
Step 2 Beat eggs with sugar until foam.
Step 3 Then add kefir coffee to the eggs whipped with sugar, then softened butter, flour and baking powder. Grease the mold with oil, cover the bottom with baking paper. Pour out the dough. Bake at 180 degrees until cooked.
Step 4Make cream. Mix sour cream with sugar and coffee.
Step 5 Lubricate the cooled cake with cream on top. If desired, you can interlayer.
