Ingredients:
- Flour 400 grams
- Dry yeast 1 sachet
- Milk 100 ml.
- Butter 150 grams
- Vanilla Sugar 1 sachet
- 3 eggs
- Sugar 3 tbsp. a spoon
- Salt pinch
- For filling:
- Jam or jam (thick) 300 grams
- Walnuts 150 grams
- For glaze:
- Milk 100 ml.
- Butter 50 grams
- Cocoa 4 tbsp. spoons
- Sugar 4 tbsp. spoons
Cooking method:
Step 1. Sift the flour into a bowl, add all the ingredients for the dough and knead the elastic, non-sticky dough.
Step 2Divide the prepared dough into 3 parts and form balls.
Step 3 Generously grease a baking sheet with butter. Roll out one part of the dough into a thin sheet.
Step 4 Put the first sheet of dough on a baking sheet and form the sides. Chop walnuts and mix with jam. Spread half the jam with nuts evenly.
Step 5 Roll out the second half of the dough, put it on the jam and grease the remaining jam. Pour the cake with the remaining dough, fix on the sides and make a lot of punctures with a fork.
Step 6 Bake a flavored cake in the oven at 180 degrees 25-30 minutes and cool. While preparing the pie, cook the icing. Bring milk with sugar and cocoa to a boil. Add oil and cook, stirring constantly, until the icing boils and thickens. Then grease the cake with slightly cooled icing and let the cake stand until the icing hardens.
Step 7 Cut the flavored pie with jam and icing into pieces.
