Ingredients:
- 300 grams yeast puff pastry
- 400-500 grams chicken breast
- Potato 4-5 pieces
- Bell pepper 1-2 pieces
- 3-4 eggs
- Sour cream 100 ml.
- Hard cheese 100 grams
- Thyme 2-3 branches
- Dried rosemary 1/3 teaspoon
- Dried caraway seeds 1/3 teaspoon
- Salt, black pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil peeled potatoes, mash it with a mashed potato until mashed. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2 Roll out the thawed dough and carefully lay out in a refractory form. Around the circle to form a low side.
Step 3 Put potatoes on the dough, evenly distributing throughout the layer.
Step 4 The next layer is meat, boiled chicken fillet tearing it into fibers or cut it into small pieces. If during boiling the poultry salt and pepper were not added to the broth, then drop a pinch of spices at this stage.
Step 5 Beat eggs and sour cream in a separate container until smooth.
Step 6 Add the bell pepper and cheese sliced in thin strips into the mixture, thyme leaves without hard twigs, salt and pepper again.
Step 7 Pour the meat layer with the egg mass. Sprinkle with dry caraway seeds and rosemary.
Step 8 Cover the pie with foil and place in the oven to a medium level. Bake at 190 degrees for half an hour.
Step 9 Serve a pie with potato and meat filling both independently and instead of bread products as savory pastries for soups, broths and borsch.
