Ingredients:
- Mushrooms 200 grams
- Chicken fillet 1 piece
- Onion 1 piece
- 5 eggs
- Mayonnaise 250 grams
- Sour cream 1 cup
- Flour 5 tbsp. spoons
- Soda 1 tsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt, black pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Fry diced onions in vegetable oil until transparent. Add chopped mushrooms to the onion and fry for another 7-9 minutes. As soon as excess moisture evaporates from the mushrooms, put the fillet cut into small pieces into a pan, fry everything until the meat is brightened. Salt the finished stuffing and pepper to taste and leave to cool.
Step 2 For the test, break the eggs into a deep bowl and beat them with a fork, add sour cream and mayonnaise to the egg mixture, mix everything thoroughly.
Step 3Pour flour into a bowl and add vinegar slaked soda.
Step 4 Now the dough needs to be mixed well so that it becomes homogeneous and there are no lumps left in it.
Step 5 Then pour half the prepared dough into the mold. Put the filling evenly on the dough and fill it with the remaining dough. Put the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake the cake until cooked, that is, 30-40 minutes depending on the capacity of your oven.
Step 6 As soon as the cake is covered with a golden crust, pierce it in several places with a match to check readiness. If the match is dry, the cake can be removed and served.
