Ingredients:

- Greens (cilantro, dill, parsley, basil, green onions) to taste

- Butter 20 grams
- Salt, pepper to taste
- Caraway seeds 0.5 tsp
Cooking method:
Step 1. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 2 Wash greens and finely chop. Garlic and green onions can be added at will, if you do not like it, you can also without them.
Step 3 Mix cheese and greens in a bowl, eggs and sour cream, mix in another bowl, salt, pepper to taste.
Step 4Lay the pita bread in a greased form, crushing it around the entire perimeter.
Step 5Sprinkle with cheese and greens, pour a little with a mixture of sour cream and eggs, lay the next pita bread in the same way, on top - again cheese with greens and a mixture of sour cream and eggs and, finally, a third pita, pour the remaining fill on top.
Step 6 Cut the collected pie with a knife into portioned pieces, sprinkle with caraway seeds (you can use other spices to taste).
Step 7 Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C 25-30 minutes before browning. Get the finished product, cut it well with a knife again along the intended lines and serve!
