Ingredients:
- Puff pastry 400 grams
- Bell pepper 1 piece
- Onion 1 piece
- Minced meat 400-500 grams
- Butter 50 grams
- Chicken egg 1 piece
- Hard cheese or mozzarella 200 grams
Cooking method:
Step 1. Stuffing is not necessary to grind in a meat grinder. You can just chop the meat with a knife the way you do for chopped meatballs. Fry the minced meat in vegetable oil until tender. Lightly salt it and pepper to taste.
Step 2Remove the minced meat from the heat. Add onions to the pan, fry in vegetable oil.
Step 3 Add finely chopped bell pepper to the onion.
Step 4 Add a little butter to the pan and return the minced meat to the pan. Mix the minced meat with sauteed vegetables.
Step 5 Puff pastry should be thawed to a soft state, but not completely. You should be able to roll it with a rolling pin so that the dough does not crack into pieces.
Step 6 Cut the rolled dough into triangles. In a circle, lay them out on parchment. So it will be more convenient to form a cake and transfer to a baking sheet.
Step 7 Lay the prepared stuffing in a circle on the thick part of the triangles.
Step 8 Put cheese into thin slices on top of the filling.
Step 9 Wrap the corners of the dough inward, closing the filling. Pinch well. Lubricate the top of the dough with a beaten egg. Sprinkle with sesame seeds for beauty.
Step 10 Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Bake the cake in the oven until cooked, about 30-40 minutes.
