Ingredients:
- Fresh cucumbers 5 kg.
- Horseradish, currant and cherry leaves, 3 each
- Dill 2-3 inflorescences
- Vinegar 9% 150 grams
- Peas and allspice 10 pieces
- 5 cloves of garlic
- Sugar 6 tbsp. spoons
- Salt 3 tbsp. spoons
- Water 2.5 liters
Cooking method:
Step 1. Wash the cucumbers, pour cold water and leave for 5 hours.
Step 2 Wash cans thoroughly with baking soda and preferably sterilize. Peel the garlic and cut each clove in half.
Step 3 At the bottom of each clean jar, lay the leaves of horseradish, currant and cherry, dill inflorescences, and also add spices - garlic, pepper.
Step 4 Fill the jar with cucumbers. Folding cucumbers as denser, more compact as possible. Then pour boiling water and leave for 30 minutes. Then drain the water.
Step 5 Cook the marinade. Pour sugar, salt into 2.5 liters of water and put on fire. After boiling, remove the pan, add vinegar.
Step 6 Ready hot marinade pour into jars and roll up with sterilized lids.
Step 7 Then turn the cans down with covers, cover with a blanket until completely cooled. Store in a cool place.
