Ingredients:
- Canelloni pasta (large pasta) 12-16 pieces.
- Minced meat 400-500 grams
- Onion 1 piece
- Tomatoes 4 pieces
- Salt, black pepper to taste
- Dried Basil 1 tsp
Cooking method:
Step 1. Add chopped onion to the minced meat (chopped or minced). Salt, pepper to taste.
Step 2 Pour boiling water over the tomatoes so that it is easy to peel them. Set aside for about 10 minutes and only after peeling off the steamed tomato.
Step 3 Grind the tomatoes with a blender, add dried basil (1 tsp), salt, pepper to taste. Mix. The sauce is ready.
Step 4 Pour a little sauce on the bottom of the baking dish with high sides.
Step 5 Stuff the giant pasta with minced meat.
Step 6 Next put canelloni stuffed with minced meat.
Step 7 Pour the remaining sauce to cover the pasta.
Step 8 Put in an oven preheated to t 180 degrees for 30 minutes. During this time, the sauce will evaporate and thicken.
