Ingredients:

  • Tomatoes 3 kg.
  • Bell peppers 1 kg.
  • Carrots 1 kg.
  • Onions 1 kg.
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Vegetable oil 300 ml.
  • Suneli hops 1 tsp
  • Salt 3 tbsp. spoons
  • parsley greens bunch
  • Vinegar 9% 1 tbsp. a spoon

Cooking method:

Step 1. Twist the tomatoes through a meat grinder and put on the stove, bring to a boil. Boil for 20 minutes.

Step 2 Peel and finely chop the onion into half rings. Peppers, peppers, cut into small pieces. Grate the carrots.

Step 3 Add chopped vegetables to boiling tomato puree. Also add vegetable oil.

Step 4 Salt, add suneli hops, chopped parsley, sugar. Simmer for 30 minutes. Add vinegar at the end of cooking. Mix.

Step 5 Put the hot ready-made lecho in sterilized jars and seal them tightly with lids. Turn the lid down and wrap it with a blanket until it cools completely. Store in a cool place.
