Ingredients:
- Leaf lettuce bunch
- Bell pepper 1 piece
- Cherry Tomatoes 10-15 pieces
- Fresh cucumber 1 piece
- Peeled shrimp 200 grams
- Olive oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Lemon 0.5 pieces
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Rinse lettuce leaves under running water, shake off excess moisture. Next, lay the lettuce on the dish.
Step 2 Tear part of the leaves with your hands and put in a deep bowl.
Step 3 Peppers are peeled and cut into strips.
Step 4 Cherry tomatoes, cut into four parts and add to a bowl.
Step 5 Cut the cucumber into strips and add to the bowl.
Step 6 Fry the shrimp in olive oil for three minutes. Then add a spoonful of soy sauce.
Step 7Put the fried shrimp in a bowl of vegetables. Add a spoonful of olive oil, optionally add soy sauce. Mix.
Step 8 Put the salad on a plate with lettuce. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
