Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet 800 grams
- Eggs 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise 3 tbsp. spoons
- Flour 3 tbsp. spoons
- Salt, pepper to taste
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion 2 pieces
- Cabbage 300 grams
Cooking method:
Step 1.Finely chop the chicken fillet with a knife (but you can also use a blender), add eggs, mayonnaise and flour. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix. Allow to stand for about 30 minutes.
Step 2 Next, prepare the filling. Chop the cabbage, add the grated carrot, dice the onions. Fry in a small amount of vegetable oil.
Step 3Lay out: layers of chicken, vegetables and top with a layer of chicken. Set the multicooker knob to “bake”, set for 55 minutes.
The oven will be ready in 30 minutes.
