Ingredients:
- Butter 100 grams
- Water 2 tbsp. spoons
- Flour 1-2 cups
- Oyster mushrooms 400 grams
- Onions 1-2 pieces
- Sour cream 5 tbsp. spoons
- Amber cheese 100 grams
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Greens (parsley) to taste
- Salt, black pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Knead the dough from 100 g butter at room temperature, 2 tbsp. water and flour. Put the finished dough into the mold and evenly distribute including the sides.
Step 2 Cover the dough with parchment and put rice, buckwheat or beans inside. Submit the dough form to the oven. Bake the dough for about 30 minutes at t 180С.
Step 3 Cook the filling. To do this, cut oyster mushrooms into small pieces.
Step 4 Send oyster mushrooms to the pan, pour a little vegetable oil or, if you want to enhance the creamy taste, add a piece of butter instead of vegetable oil.
Step 5Peel and finely chop the onion. Add to the pan and fry the onion with mushrooms until cooked. Before turning off, add 2 tbsp. tablespoons flour and 5 tablespoons sour cream, salt to taste and a pinch of black pepper, mix and turn off.
Step 6Put the cooled mushrooms into a mold where the dough has cooled.
Step 7 While the oyster mushrooms cool, make a fill for the pie. To do this, mix 150 ml of fat homemade sour cream, 100 g of cream cheese and 2 eggs. Then pour the mushroom filling with the prepared filling.
Step 8 Place the mushroom pie in the oven and bake until the delicious crust appears on the pie. Sprinkle the pie with herbs and serve warm to the table.
