Ingredients:
- Garlic shooters (green) 500 grams
- Salt 1 tsp
- Vegetable oil 1.5 tbsp. spoons
Cooking method:
Step 1. Cut garlic arrows into small pieces of 3-4 cm. And put in a blender bowl.
Step 2 Grind the arrows as much as possible (you can twist through a meat grinder).
Step 3 Then add salt and vegetable oil to the mass. Mix well. Put the paste in a convenient dish (for example, in a plastic container with a tight lid) and put in the refrigerator. You can also distribute garlic paste into small pieces and store in a freezer.
