Ingredients:
- Beets 1 piece
- Onion 1 piece
- Garlic 1 clove
- Lemon 1 circle
- Apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp. spoons
- Sugar 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
Cooking method:
Step 1. Cook beets until tender, peel. Onions also peel.
Step 2 Cut the onion into thin half rings and pour 2 tablespoons. tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
Step 3 Grate beets on a coarse grater.
Step 4 Squeeze the onion lightly from apple cider vinegar and place in a salad bowl for beets.
Step 5 Grind a clove of garlic and send to vegetables. Then squeeze the juice out of a mug of lemon, salt and sugar.
Step 6 Next, fill the salad with vegetable oil, mix. Cover with a plate or a lid - let it infuse and soak for 10 minutes.
