Ingredients:
- Wheat flour 2 cups
- Sugar 1 cup
- Butter 100 grams
- Banana 2 pieces
- Milk 150 ml.
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Vanilla sugar 1 tsp
- Pinch of salt
Cooking method:
Step 1. Finely chop bananas.
Step 2 Beat sugar and chopped butter at room temperature with a mixer or blender.
Step 3 Add bananas, mix.
Step 4Then pour milk, add a pinch of salt and vanilla sugar. Beat.
Step 5 In the resulting mixture add two eggs and beat at low speed.
Step 6 Pour flour sifted with baking powder into the mixture and mix for the last time.
Step 7 Grease the mold with butter (you can also cover it with baking paper) and pour the dough, flatten it and send to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
Step 8 Remove the banana pie from the oven. Sprinkle it with a layer of icing sugar, cool and then remove it from the mold, cut and serve.
