Bees occupy a very important place in maintaining the natural balance.
In fairness, not only bees play an important role in nature. All living things on the planet are important in this fragile natural chain. It is necessary to exclude at least one link, and this precarious balance can be irrevocably upset.
Remember at least the example of sparrows, which were so mercilessly destroyed in China at one time, and then, after almost complete extermination, they faced more serious problems. Vorobyov was returned to China, it was good from where to import them, and the balance was restored.
But back to the bees ... About 80% of the food that we used to eat daily appeared on the table thanks to the bees.
Naive people believe that they can do without apples, apricots, almonds, avocados, watermelons and pears, etc. (I can continue this list for a very long time).
Probably vegetarians are not very upset, but people who are used to eating meat daily will be very surprised.
The meat on the table will also disappear without bees!
Remember what animals eat. That's right - plant foods. And plants (at least most of them) require reproduction, and for this a pollination process must take place.
There will be no pollination - there will be no these plants! Insect-pollinated plants will disappear, animals that are accustomed to eating will die of starvation.
Even carnivores will have a hard time, because the herbivores that made up their main diet will disappear.
You can’t even imagine the whole depth of the disaster that awaits us if the bees disappear. This can be compared, except with a full-scale nuclear war. And I don’t know which of these two ills is worse: quick death or slow and painful from hunger.
