Why beekeeping is a useful activity

Among beekeepers there are a lot of centenarians. Many wonder what this is connected with. In fact, everything is simple.

A beekeeper is a very balanced and calm person. It simply cannot be otherwise, because bees do not like vanity and sudden movements. Yes, at first I noticed for myself, when there is a lot of work, you do not have time, you start to rush and fuss, the bees immediately react to it, the anger increases. The beekeeper is forced to slow down, slow down and calm down.

If you believe the doctors, then all our diseases are taken from the nerves. No wonder calm people like beekeepers live longer.

Besides, The beekeeper spends most of his time outdoors, which undoubtedly positively affects his health.

But that is not all. All beekeeping products, such as honey, bee bread, pollen, propolis and royal jelly, which the beekeeper not only sells but also uses himself, again have a beneficial effect on his health and longevity.

Even if the beekeeper does not like honey, and I know such beekeepers, willy-nilly, whether he wants it or not, during work he often encounters beekeeping. BUT bee venom is known to be very beneficial for our health.

Stinging a bee is quite painful, but it is only for people who rarely deal with them. The beekeeper gets used to such stings over time, and completely does not respond to them. And the very sting site itself does not blush and does not swell. Without any irony I’ll say that even a mosquito bite gives me more discomfort.

And I want to end with the fact that I'm not only engaged in beekeeping, because it is useful. It really gives me pleasure!

And it’s nice to realize that I’m doing something important to maintain balance in nature. Incidentally, I wrote already why bees are so important to humans.

Do what brings you pleasure!
