Ingredients:
- White cabbage 200 grams
- Carrot 1 piece
- Jerusalem artichoke 50 grams
- Chives 2-3 feathers
- Parsley several stalks
- Olive oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Chop cabbage and carrots into thin strips.
Step 2Free the root crops of Jerusalem artichoke from the ground and wash with a brush. Such a thorough cleansing makes it possible not to remove the upper skin from the fruits, and therefore to save more vitamins. Chop the Jerusalem artichoke in the form of thin noodles.
Step 3 Chop green onions and parsley.
Step 4Fill a vitamin salad with olive or any other vegetable oil. Squeeze the juice from the lemon wedges and add salt to taste.
Step 5 Cooking a vitamin salad of cabbage, carrots and Jerusalem artichoke is a pleasure. You can add a couple of spoons of germinated wheat grains and sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional).
