- Radish daikon 100-150 grams

Cooking method:
Step 1. Thinly chop the cabbage, add a little salt and mash it with your hands to make the cabbage softer and let the juice flow. Peppers and seeds are cut into thin strips. Peel the apples and cut into strips. Daikon also peel and cut into strips. Put everything in a deep bowl.

Step 4 Or you can prepare a low-calorie dressing - at will. Pour olive oil into a small bowl and add lime juice.
